Putting a Job on Hold

We have two ways to put a job on hold. First, if the job is currently scheduled and you are on the monthly calendar screen, you can drag and drop the job into the on hold area at top of the screen, but you have to make sure that the "on hold" area is "open". You can do that by clicking the "open" link at top to open the on hold area.

The second way to put a job on hold is to click the job's appt time from any calendar screen. 

Within the window that opens there is an option at the top that you can choose to put the job on hold along with a reason for putting the job on hold.
