The Customer Factor in all Countries
If you're overseas and you're wondering if The Customer Factor is suitable for you, the short answer is a big YES! :)
So first you can set up any time zone based on your location by hovering over the "My Account" tab, scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" area, and then locating the Time Zone dropdown:
Next, if your currency is not the dollar ($) then you can select a different currency or insert a currency if it's not one of the available choices:
Just above the "time zone" is the phone format which you can also modify based on whether you're in the U.S. or not.
You can also set up your invoices and estimates to "Mobile" as your preferred text to display:
And lastly, when you add a prospect or customer or use the iOS or Android app you'll see "Province" and "Postal Code" instead of the U.S. descriptors of "State" and "Zip Code".
