How to add Tasks

Here at The Customer Factor  you can add tasks using the quick add window that is available from any window. It's located at the upper right of the corner. :

After clicking on the "Quick Add" button, a new window will open up where you can select "Task" by ticking the radio button at the left: 

You can then add the title of the task and if you need to assign to someone you just have to click the dropdown arrow at the right. You can also add the description but this is optional. You can just leave it blank if you don't wish to put details. Next is to add the date and time and if you wish to repeat the task just click "yes". 

You can then select when you wish to repeat the task by ticking the radio button at the left and when done, just click save and finish.
