Customizing Estimates

To customize your estimates, please hover over to the "Prospects" tab and click "Estimate Format" or you can click here to visit the estimate format screen.

Select the "Customize Estimate" option which opens up the customization area. You can select from one of 3 formats, upload your logo, change your font size, choose to display/not displays all kinds of different information on printed/pdf estimates, add some personalized text, etc.

Make sure to follow the recommended size for the logo. If you're not able to resize your logo, you can send it to us and we'll be glad to do it for you.

You can preview at any time (w/o having to update) as you customize your estimate. The preview button will only work if there has been at least one estimate created in your account. The reason is because we retrieve the data from the most recent estimate created and show it to you in the preview window.
