How to Edit a Callback Note
When you call a customer or a prospect and you didn't get through or maybe you did get through but they are not ready to be serviced yet, you have the option to set a future callback date and leave some callback notes. It will show up in the "Callback Notes" section in the customer profile screen.
You can edit and make changes to the callback notes by visiting the customer profile screen of any customer. Scroll down to the Callback Notes section.
You can see that the date is a hyperlink and you can edit the callback note by simply clicking on the date:
It will open up a new window where you can make your edits. Just type in the new notes and once done you can click the "Update" button to save the changes.
