Editing the "I'm on the way" Text Message

The "I'm on the way message" is sent from the app to let your customer know that you're on the way. If your customer has a cell phone number then you will see the text message icon to the right of their appt on the calendar screen:

When you click that text message image a window will open with an already populated message in it ready for you to send:

If you're wanting to edit this message, it's done in the software by hovering over the "My Account" tab and clicking on "General/Setup". Then scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" area to open it up and scroll to the bottom of this area. 

And that's it! Make your edits, click update, and your "I'm on the way message" in the app has been changed.
