How to Merge Marketing Methods
In order to merge the marketing methods which is where a prospect or customer heard about you, please go into either a prospect or customer profile in your account, scroll down to marketing methods and you'll see a merge link on the right.
Click the "Merge" link and you can merge one marketing method into another and click Save:
And that's all there is to it! Occasionally over time, this marketing method list might get "busy" so merging your marketing methods can be a great way to clean things up.
