Scheduling a Non Recurring Job (NEW UI)

Efficiently scheduling a job in The Customer Factor is an easy process, whether it involves an existing customer or a new one. Follow these steps for seamless scheduling:


For Existing Customers:

  • Search for Customer using the global search field at the top to search for the existing customer by last name, first name, address, or phone number.

Navigate to "Schedule Job" Area:

  • Go to the customers "Schedule Job" sub-tab.
  • Choose a date by clicking on the desired day in the mini calendar.
  • Set the appointment time (Range) and duration time if applicable.
  • Under the date, select a job type from the dropdown list.
  • Enter the price in the "each" field, and it will auto-populate in the price field.
  • Choose an assignment in the "Assigned To" dropdown if there is an employee assigned to the job.

Set Frequency Period :

  • Select "Assign a Frequency period" to indicate how often the customer would like to get serviced (Optional). The Customer Factor will subsequently prompt you to reach out to them when the customer is approaching the tentative date for another service.

Schedule:

  • Click the "Schedule" or "Schedule & Create Invoice" button to schedule a single job.
  • Your job is now scheduled!


For New Customers:

  • Hover over the "Customers" tab on the left, and click "Add" to add a new customer.
  • Add customer informations, and when you get to the bottom of the screen, click "Save & Schedule Job".
  • On the new customer profile (Schedule Job sub-tab), follow steps 1 to 6 to schedule a job.
