Offering gift cards is a fantastic way to increase revenue and attract new customers. Our easy-to-use system lets you create stunning, personalized gift cards in minutes! Here's how:
1. Accessing the Gift Card Feature:
Navigate to the "Prospects" tab on your Online Booking screen. Select the "Gift Cards" option to begin customizing your gift card offerings.
2. Designing Your Perfect Gift Card:
This is where the fun begins! You can fully customize the look and feel of your gift cards. Choose a pre-designed template or upload your own image to create a truly unique design. You also have complete control over the gift card amount and description. Once you're happy with your design, click "Save." After saving, your newly created gift card will appear in the "Gift Cards Created" section. From here, you can easily edit or delete existing gift cards as needed.
3. Setting Payment Options:
Next to the "Create Gift Card" tab, you'll find the "Payment Option." Simply click the "Yes" button to require payment upon gift card purchase.
4. Personalizing Your Gift Card Appearance:
On the "Personalize" tab, you can further refine your gift card's appearance by selecting a custom color scheme.
5. Customizing the Confirmation Email:
The "Email" tab allows you to personalize the email sent to customers after a gift card purchase. This is a great opportunity to include a thank you message and promote additional services.
6. Integrating Gift Cards into Your Website:
Finally, the "Grab Your Button Here" section provides you with both Button Code and URL Code. Use these to seamlessly integrate your gift card purchasing option into your website for easy access by your customers.
