Color Coding

It's easy to color code employees/crews within The Customer Factor.

Simply go to any calendar and look in the left sidebar for the "By Assignment" area. Open the area up if it's closed. You'll see your employees and crews listed in this area.

If you mouse over each employee name or crew name you'll see how it turns into a paintbrush. 

Click on the name and that will open up a color picker window.

Click the color you want, refresh the screen, and you'll see all appts assigned to that particular employee in the color that you selected. So we will choose green for Barry Smith.

So all appts assigned to Barry Smith will display in the green color in both the software and in the iOS/android apps.
