Appointment Change Email

Anytime you reschedule a job from the Calendar, The Customer Factor gives you the option to automatically notify the customer of the change. This helps keep customers informed and reduces confusion or missed appointments.


So first, simply click on the appointment time for any appointments on the Calendar.

The "Edit Job" window will open, where you can change the existing date to a future date:

An “Appointment Change” option will then appear, allowing you to select either the Email box or the Text Message box (if the customer has a mobile number) to notify them of the appointment change. Once selected, click Update to save your changes and trigger the email or text message to be sent.

This feature is a great way to keep communication clear whenever schedules change and helps reduce no-shows or confusion.
