Resend Emails & Text Messages
We’ve just released a new Resend feature that makes it quick and easy to resend previously sent emails or text messages instead of having to back into the invoice or estimate to resend or recreate the message from scratch.
The Resend option allows you to resend any email or text message from within a prospect or customer profile that was previously sent to them.
This is especially useful if:
- A customer says they didn’t receive a message
- You want to resend a reminder, follow-up, or notification
- An email was missed or accidentally deleted by the customer
How to Resend an Email or Text Message
- Go to Customers (or Prospects) and open their profile.
- Click on the Emails & Text Messages tab.
- You’ll see a full history of all emails and text messages sent to that customer.
- To the right side of each history item for anything that was emailed or sent via text message you'll see a Resend link.
- A resend window will open where you can edit the email or text message body if you want to but basically what you'll be resending is exactly what was originally sent to them.
- Click the Resend button at the top right.
- The Customer Factor will resend the same email or text message instantly.
