Frequency Period Editing

First, a brief description: a frequency period is used when scheduling a job to let The Customer Factor know that in 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, etc. (whatever frequency period you use) the customer is due to be serviced again.

When first scheduling a job you may not know what a customer's frequency period is so you leave it set to "not assigned". Or maybe the customer wants you to follow up with them at a different time frame. So this article is about how to easily edit a frequency period.

Let's look at a job history area:

To edit the frequency period you can click on the pencil image and do it from within the edit jobs window:

You can also edit the frequency period in the callback window. Here's a screenshot:

This is helpful because if you're calling back a customer from within a callback window and you need to change their frequency period, you can now easily do it.

Lastly, one of the easiest ways to edit frequency periods is from the Daily Calendar ("list" view). This allows you to go right down the line and edit frequency periods for multiple customers. Simply click the pencil image as shown, open up the edit job window and change the frequency period. Click Update, edit the next customer's frequency period if needed, and repeat.
